The Pour Over is perfect for fine tuning how you enjoy coffee and enable you to taste the different notes in your coffee roasts.
Follow these technical points for the perfect pot.
- Pre-wet filter.
- Add ground coffee
- Pour 60g water, then swirl and wait 45 seconds.
- Pour 150g water over 30 seconds in a circular motion.
- Slowly pour the rest of the water.
- Stir from left to right and wait for the water to completely flow through the filter.
